About the tour In the morning at time indicated we pick you up from your hotel and transfer to Maria Reiche airport. Previous to the overflight we will observe an information video about the lines, so you will have a preview about these figures and also to get familiarized before. For the flight we use small Cessna aircraft with 3 – 5 capacity each one with window view to watch the figures comfortably. The flight has a duration of 35 minutes, during this tour you will see perfect figures of giant animals like birds, the condor, humming bird, pelican, a parrot, you will also see a monkey, a spider, a whale, a lizard and a famous figure known as astronaut. Apart from the designs, you can also view hundreds of lines all over the desert, and large geometric figures which seem enormous airstrips. After the overflight we will go south of Nazca about 27 kilometers approximately until the Cemetery Chauchilla, here you can see mummified human remains of this ancient culture, along with their funerary offerings, ceramics, textiles, funerary bundles, will also visit the museum site where you can see a baby mummy and photographs, then we will visit a pottery workshop and we will appreciate the designs and predominant colors of this pre-Inca culture, then return to your hotel.
